My philosophy
Â
Life, as I see it, isn’t about fitting into a box—it’s about breaking free of labels and embracing the paradoxes that make us human. It’s about shattering those confines and celebrating the delightful messiness of being alive.
My Story
Â
For most of my life, I tried to fit in. I could be anyone people wanted me to be. I shifted and adapted like a chameleon, I bent myself in all sorts of ways just so that I can maintain the illusion of perfection and escape the horrifying possibility of being caught in my inadequacy and imperfection.
I was terrified of standing out, of being judged, of showing up fully as myself and be disliked. I was so focused on being who I thought I should be—so I could be liked, accepted, validated—that I completely forgot who I actually was.
I played the game of “should” for years but all it led me to was burnout, confusion, and an aching desire to break free.
I kept suppressing my bold, authentic self and tiptoeing around my own truth, terrified of being too much, too loud, or too “different.”
Until I got tired of trying to fit in a box, follow advice I did not resonate with, trusting other people's judgement more than my own, betraying myself in order to please others or avoid rejection.Â
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." - Anais Nin
The Shift
Â
So, I stopped. I stopped apologizing for my contradictions, for my imperfections, for being messy and human. I stopped doubting my own greatness. I stopped waiting for permission. I realized that there is nothing I should do or nobody I should be. I gave the finger to the idea that there’s a one-size-fits-all formula for happiness or success. And trust me, it’s a freeing feeling.
I started owning my own wisdom. I stopped following the playbook that was never mine to begin with. I gave up the game of trying to fit in, and instead, I embraced the chaos, the messiness, and the freedom of being who I truly am—bold, imperfect, unapologetic, and all-in on my own bliss.Â
My Mission
Â
Now, I’m here to help others do the same. Through my work as a transformational coach, researcher, writer, and host of The Truth Beyond Podcast, I guide those who are ready to break free from the “shoulds” and step into their own truth.
But I’m not here to give you a step-by-step guide or tell you what to do. I’m here to help you unlearn all the rules, question the norms, and find the unique truth that’s been inside you all along.
If you’re tired of trying to be who everyone else says you should be, tired of performing and playing small, and ready to step into your unapologetic self—then I’m here to help you burn the rulebook and write your own story.
