Manifesting something is as simple as assuming it is already done

Manifesting something is as simple as assuming it is already done.

It’s the same with becoming good at something — you must first assume you already are. That doesn’t mean that you fake it till you make it.

It means that the assumption of your extraordinary skill or talent does not allow any doubt or fear of the ego to creep in and keep you stuck in inaction and actually allows you to prove your assumption right through practice.

For example, people have long wondered what is the difference between creative and not creative people. They’ve done extensive research on the topic, conducted a variety of experiments, and such and the conclusion they reached was mindblowing: The only difference between creative and not creative people is that creative people BELIEVE that they are creative.

They assume that they are creative which allows for the flow of energy to go through them and produce something which we might then label creative.

There’s an amazing book called “How to be the luckiest person alive” and it speaks exactly of that wonderful power of assumption that we have to shape our reality. Simply ASSUME that you are the luckiest person in the world!

People talk about affirmations and mantras to help us change our reality and in their essence, they simply help us form an assumption about us — something that we no longer question or doubt.

When you just assume that things are always working out for you, for instance, you will find out that they do.

It’s so ridiculously simple that we deliberately go and look for ways to make it complicated because it feels almost stupid to the ego to have missed such an easy way to manifest reality.

So what do you assume to be true about you and your abilities right now?

Can you think of something that you’ve always assumed it’s true about yourself and so that’s exactly what you’ve seen being projected in your reality? Would love to hear about your experience with assumptions in the comments below :)
